A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant pays 100 million won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

This order shall be issued.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2012, the Defendant operated “G singing” on the fourth floor of Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “instant singing”) and the Defendant’s correction is made as above, on the ground that from the I real estate located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, the “3170 million won” stated in the indictment in the purchase price of the instant singing to the victim E in total KRW 313 billion is a clerical error.

When transferring to the company, the company transferred all the house and fixtures of the singing room facilities, such as the house and sound facilities, and received 100 million won of the down payment on the same day, and 213 billion won of the remainder on March 30, 2012.

However, the facts are as follows: (a) Article 38 of the instant singing machine sets, TV, singer sets, and lighting machine sets (hereinafter “airing machine sets”) was not owned by the Defendant on November 24, 201, while the J was awarded a successful bid on and around November 24, 201; (b) the Defendant required to purchase sing machines from K; (c) around that time, there was a need to pay approximately KRW 85 million in total; (d) KRW 13 million in unpaid rent; (e) KRW 10 million in personal debt; (e) KRW 20 million in personal debt; (e) KRW 7 billion in wages to partners; (e) KRW 4 billion in total; (e) KRW 14.7 billion in wages; and (e) KRW 100 million in remuneration; and (e) KRW 200,000 in remuneration, including KRW 13 million in personal debt; and (e) KRW 300,000 in new capital in remuneration.
