Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2014, the Defendant expressed the victim’s bus (D) as one lane on July 12:15, 2014, on the ground that the victim C (the victim aged 43, South) who is driving at a two-lane one-laned the two-lane road, and used the victim’s bus (D) on the ground that the victim C (the victim aged 43, South) was frightened, at a one-lane level, and expressed the victim’s desire to “on the night-time fright driving, she should consider the safety of passengers, she should open the bus so so as to see the safety of passengers.” After then, the Defendant took the front of the bus into the driver’s seat car (E) and assaulted the victim’s left shoulder clothes and arms that she sited on the driver’s seat through the driver’s seat window.
