A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on August 23, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on August 23, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1 million for six months for the same crime in the same court on January 18, 2012. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on November 20, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 20, 2015.
