나. 피고인들은 O, P, K, Q, L, M, R, S, T 등과 함께 2012. 2. 28. 02:00경부터 같은 날 09:20경까지 사천시 U에 있는 L의 집에서, 제1의 가항 기재 내용과 같은 방법으로 속칭 “도리짓고 땡”이라는 도박을 하였다.
