A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"20 highest 202: Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver's License)" have the history of receiving a summary order of 12 million won from the Daejeon District Court on November 18, 2019 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On December 15, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a DNA 2 freight vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.199% without obtaining a driver's license from around 3 km-gu, Yannam-gu to the front of C in the same city. On December 15, 2019, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act twice.

1. From around 08:30 on November 30, 2019 to 22:30 on the road of the F office located in Seoan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Dong-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and Dong-dong, Seocheon-gu, Dong-dong, and the "Yananan-dong Office" located in Seoan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-dong, Seoan-dong, Seoan-dong, the Defendant again drive D Poter-II without obtaining a driver's license at approximately 70km section from the front of the F office located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu.

2. No person who violates the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention shall acquire insurance proceeds or have a third party acquire insurance proceeds by insurance fraud;

At around 22:10 on November 30, 2019, the Defendant, “Acheon-gu Office” located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-gu, had a collision with the left-hand side of the said cargo vehicle, following the International Convention E300-car driven by H (Nam, 26) temporarily stopping in order to pass the traffic while driving DW-II cargo vehicles, which are owned by the LW-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do.

Since then on December 3, 2020, the Defendant was driving at the insurance company to the J as a worker in the workplace in order to conceal the fact of driving without a license and to deal with insurance in full.
