1. The Defendant’s decision not to grant medical care to the Plaintiff on August 8, 2019 is revoked.

④ The Plaintiff appealed and filed a request for examination, but the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff’s request for examination on November 28, 2019 for the following reasons.

The Saemaeul Leaders' Council shall be an organization consisting of members' voluntary attendance, which shall hold a meeting of the Saemaul Leaders' Council once a month on their own, shall be borne by the Council itself, and the Council shall also bear the expenses incurred in holding meetings for consultations, and in the case of a meeting held after the end of a monthly meeting, it shall belong to the Gu office (resident center).
