B. The Plaintiff Hanil District Court (hereinafter “Plaintiff Hanil District Court”) filed a lawsuit on the claim for the payment of goods under the Seoul Western District Court 2013Da228538, as it supplied the network equipment, etc. to A from March 2012 to May 2012, and did not receive KRW 48,641,681 out of the price of the goods.

“A” in the above product price claim, on November 4, 2013, rendered a decision to recommend settlement with the content of KRW 48,641,681 and the amount calculated by the rate of 6% per annum from August 6, 2012 to July 1, 2013, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment. A around May 10, 2013, around 2013, transferred KRW 242,00,000 among the claims listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant claim”) to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract for assignment of claims”), and the Defendant notified the Defendant of the instant assignment of claims to Sicman Co., Ltd. on May 13, 2013.

At the time of the transfer of the instant claim, A’s active property was equivalent to KRW 87,879 of the instant claim and deposit claims against the IBK Bank, and KRW 5,411,138 of the deposit claims against the National Bank of Korea, and KRW 95,354,681 of the principal amount of the purchase price of goods against the Plaintiffs, and KRW 242,00,000 of the purchase price of goods against the Defendant.
