A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by inserting her son, such as Dabro, and Dobro, who drinked with the victim D (at the age of 55) on the so-called “C” Dabro Daba, Goyang-dong-si B, Goyang-si, and by inserting her hand onto the her humf of the victim who was seated next to the victim during drinking alcohol.

2. On August 7, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the above method while drinking alcohol at the same place as the victim et al. in the same manner as the victim et al.

3. At around 17:00 on August 13, 2019, the Defendant continuously recommended the victim to sit on his/her side within the F0 flick Zone E located in Goyang-dong, Pyeongdong-gu, U.S., thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim by the aforementioned method.

4. At around 18:00 on August 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, etc. in the “H” restaurant in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu; (b) while doing so.
