The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not violate the signal, and the accident of this case occurred by negligence by the victim who violated the signal.
The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous.
2. In full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court, the fact that the Defendant was in violation of the signal at the time of the accident can be sufficiently recognized.
