1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 300,000,000 and KRW 150,000 among them, from October 24, 2012 to 150.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant Company entered into an agreement with the Nonparty Bank as set forth in the table 1, and received loans from the Nonparty Bank. Defendant B and C guaranteed the above loans that the Defendant Company entered into against the Nonparty Bank.
The amount of credit extended in the separate credit subject (limit) shall be 16,000,000,000,000 for installment repayment to 1 company's facilities up to the limit of the expiration date of the credit extension, April 23, 2015, April 23, 2015, 2015.
B. After doing so, the Defendants did not repay the principal and interest of the loan, and the Nonparty bank transferred the above principal and interest of the loan to the Plaintiff on December 27, 2012, and around that time notified the Defendants of the aforementioned transfer.
C. Even after the Defendants failed to repay the principal and interest of loans, and the principal and interest of the outstanding loans as of September 3, 2014 are as specified in the following [Attachment 2].

2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the extent of KRW 22,939,080,721, which is the principal and interest of the loans that have been repaid to the Plaintiff, and KRW 300,000,000 ( KRW 150,000,000, which is a part of the loans for installment payments of corporate facilities, and KRW 150,000,000, which is a part of the loans for installment payments of corporate facilities, and KRW 150,000,00 which is a part of the loans for installment payments of corporate facilities, from October 24, 2012, which is the initial date of their interest, with respect to KRW 150,00,000,00 which is a part of the general loans of household financial facilities, from October 29, 2012, to June 15, 2015, which is the date of the final application for amendment of each of the claims of this case.
