Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defluence;

A. On November 5, 2012, the Defendant connected to D’s Kakaoto Ri in the Defendant’s residence, Kimhae-si B, 115 Dong 104 (C apartment), and inserted the comments “G is reliable,” referring to the victim’s photographed from D’E fixed number to “the victim F who posted D’s title,” and continued to insult the victim’s patently insultingly by inserting the comments “Itt Tru,” which called “value,” around November 7, 2012.

나. 피고인은 2012. 11. 7.경 같은 장소에서 D의 카카오스토리에 접속하여 D가 ‘간만에H시장먹자골목에서사랑하는사람들과오붓한만찬을즐겼다’라는 제목으로 게시한 피해자 F가 나오는 사진에 대하여 피해자를 지칭하여 ‘좋겄다 있는게 돈과 시간과 미모뿐이라서 ! 가위는 촌~ ㄴ ㅣㄴ!’이라는 댓글을 올리고, 계속하여 2012. 11. 8.경 ‘요즘 막장이 대세라 하늘을 우러러 한점 부끄러움이 없기를..가을하늘 무척이나 맑아 티클하나도 다 보일듯 사람이 아닌 요상한 물건이라 알아들을랑가 ’, ‘다들 G이 대변인이바 ’, ‘누가 불쌍한지는 G이만 알뿐 ’, ‘G이한테 한건.괴안치만.’이라는 댓글을 올려 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. Defamation;

A.
