1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years, and the above sentence shall be executed for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

(C) From around June 2008 to June 2015, 2015, the Victim H University Industry Industry Cooperation Group (hereinafter referred to as “Industrial Cooperative Group”) as a person in charge of research or joint researchers of research projects requested by this H University or government departments (hereinafter referred to as “student Research Institute”) and the student research staff (hereinafter referred to as “student Research Assistant”) are registered as the victim’s industry-academic cooperation and perform research tasks, and the personnel expenses of the student research institute in accordance with the implementation of research tasks are consulted with each other, and have overall control over the implementation of each project by filing a claim for the victim’s industry-academic cooperation.

The injured industry-academic cooperation provided by each agency, such as the government department, etc., shall give an order for research tasks, enter into related contracts, manage the project funds by collecting the project funds, and shall execute the project funds if the responsible research institute requests the payment of research expenses, such as personnel expenses, material expenses, school membership fees, etc. along

① On June 2008, the Defendant: (i) the support project for the fostering of a university IT research center (I); (ii) the basic research support project (J) that was awarded by the Korea Research Foundation around July 2008 and performed by B for three years; (iii) the K project that was awarded from the Information and Communications Industry Promotion Agency around January 2009; (iv) the support project for a university-based research institute (L) that was performed by the Information and Communications Technology Development Institute affiliated with the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation for nine years by the Korea Research Foundation around September 2009; and (v) the core research support project that was performed by the Defendant from the Korea Research Foundation around September 201 to the Korea Research Foundation; and (v) the core research project that was performed by the Defendant on June 2013 from the Information and Communications Industry Promotion Agency around June 2013.
