Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2018, the Defendant distributed the reproduction of “lebble” and “lebble Korean,” a copyrighted work owned by B, a copyright holder, through the Internet NAV, a foreign camera, via the Internet, and then transferred the copy of “lebble Korean,” without the copyright holder’s permission, to someone else, and infringed on the author’s property right.
