1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 305,050,239 and KRW 99,496,217 among them, from May 11, 1995, and KRW 204,610,754.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

(1) Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments stated in Gap 1 through 4. The Credit Guarantee Fund shall enter into a credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on February 18, 1991 with the amount of KRW 26,00,00 and the amount of KRW 90 which the defendant guarantees against the defendant on December 25, 1998; the amount of KRW 70,00,000 which the defendant guarantees against the plaintiff on April 16, 1994; and the amount of the credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on April 16, 1994 with KRW 9,00,00 which the defendant guarantees against the plaintiff on April 16, 199; and the amount of the credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on April 16, 1995; and the amount of the credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on May 16, 1994; and the amount of the credit guarantee agreement with the defendant on May 25, 199.
