Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and B, when converting mountainous districts into mountainous districts, are subject to permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc., on the type, size, etc. of the mountainous district after setting the purpose of use in advance, but, on April 15, 2015, damaged the area of mountainous district by using scickers to install container gambling facilities without obtaining permission from the leisure market.

2. In order to induce water paths without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. on the type, size, etc. of a mountainous district in advance, the Defendant committed a single crime of converting a mountainous district into a mountainous district by damaging a mountainous district by using a quarator, etc., which is 927 square meters in female-si C, in order to induce water paths without obtaining permission from the leisure market, around May 2014.
