Punishment of the crime

The defendant operated a travelr with the trade name of "E" in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) transferred the total sum of KRW 3,300,000 on February 13, 2017, and KRW 6,300,000 on June 16, 201, to the account (V) of H’s bank account, the Defendant’s wife’s father, for the purpose of golf-folishing travel from the victim; and (c) acquired the money by fraud.

The Defendant, on January 30, 2017, would allow the victim W to travel with 8-day golf travel starting from March 6, 2017 at a place where it is not known around January 30, 2017.

However, at the time of fact, the above travel agent operated by the defendant was under the state of getting serious monetary pressure due to the aggravation of the management situation, and the travel expenses received from the injured party, such as operating expenses of the above travel agent, travel expenses, and refund payments to the existing travel customer, so eventually, even if the travel expenses are paid from the injured party, the above travel service promised to the injured party.
