1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31 million and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 5, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff executed electrical construction works for the new construction of the private factory of Eul and Kim Jong-cheon Corporation construction works from the defendant, and the defendant prepared and issued a letter of obligation to pay the plaintiff the construction price of KRW 31 million on October 5, 2016. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 5, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
