On September 22, 2016, around 22:30, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol leveling from approximately 500 meters to the primary mountain road located in the Busan Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, to approximately 0.07% of alcohol level.
