A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On September 11, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s branch on September 11, 2008, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on July 5, 2010, respectively.

On December 26, 2014, at around 20:43, the Defendant driven C in the state of alcohol alcohol 0.154% from approximately 360 meters away from the 360m section to the Handong-gu road located outside the same Eup/Myeon from the roads in the center of Sung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun.
