At around 18:30 on May 26, 2013, the Defendant publicly insulting the victims by continuously 10 minutes of “a bitch f, bitch f, bitch f,” and “a bitch f, bitch f,” and “a bitch f, bitch f, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch f,” in front of the project site D located in Daegu-gu, Daegu City.
