Criminal facts
1. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant driven a D Twork XG car in the state of alcohol alcohol alcohol content of about 0.164% from the 5km section from the later side of Samsung Heavy Industries, which was located in Pyeongtaek-dong at the time of a show-si, to the front road of the rest area in Samsung Heavy Heavy Industries, which was located in Samsung Heavy-dong at the time of a show-si.
2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a Dart XG car.
On August 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content 0.164% among blood transfusions, and went through two-lane roads in front of the C resting area in Sari City B at the Sari-si, such as sand, from the surface of the Ari-si tunnel, and became aware of the Defendant’s wrong entry while driving the car under the influence of alcohol content 0.164% on August 21, 2017, and driving the two-lane road in front of the C Rest in Sari-si.
At the time, since it is a night and a place of motor vehicle, there was a duty of care to prevent a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle from crossing, making a U.S., or moving a motor vehicle.
The Defendant neglected to drive a motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking such as drinking and neglected to do so while driving the motor vehicle on the same side by neglecting the above road while driving the motor vehicle on the same side. The front part of the victim E (the age of 55) who driven the above road on the upper side of the motor vehicle was the front part of the above Tra XG vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as sugar in which there is no room in the two parts, which require an open treatment for about two weeks.
