Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant discovered a victim with a short reflectr part of the C Station C located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant taken one-time, against his will, the Defendant’s back bucks, including bucks, bucks, and legs, of the victim’s bucks, and the Defendant took one-time of the back bucks of the victim from around that time to August 27, 2016, using the short reflectr part of the above convenience store, and using his hand phone bucks, bucks, bucks, and so on on 19 times in total as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

The age, occupation, risk of recidivism, type, motive, process, seriousness of the crime in this case, the degree and expected side effects of the defendant's disadvantage due to the disclosure order or notification order, and the sex crime subject to registration which can be achieved due to such order.
