A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

After the Defendant divorced with wife C on December 6, 2011, the Defendant resided and lived together with the victim E and F, who is friended by the Defendant’s family located in D at the time of influence.

1. The Defendant, at the home of the Defendant around wintering in 2012, committed an indecent act by force against the victim E, who was related by blood, by putting the victim’s chest into the clothes of the victim E (at that time, 10 years old), wherein television was reported.

2. On June 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, committed an indecent act by force against the victim F, who was related to the victim, by inserting the victim F, who was aware of the victim F (the age of eight at that time) who reported the television, putting the victim’s chest into the clothes of the victim, and putting the victim’s chest into the victim’

3. On July 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around July 13, 2014, at the Defendant’s house; (b) to the victims reporting television, the Defendant put her hand into the clothes of the Victim F (the age of eight at that time) and met the chest of the Victim F; (c) followed the chest of the Victim E (the age of 11 at that time); and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victims having kinship.
