A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a benz car.
On March 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car on March 21:26, 2015, and turned the three-lane road in front of 335 km in the south-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do along the Busan-do road into the Busan-do road from the Seoul-do bank to the Busan-do bank, and changed the course to the two-lane.
