1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 1 New construction of multi-household housing 1) B is about January 2002, Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 334 square meters (hereinafter “first site”).

A) Multi-household housing with the scale of 8 households on the ground (hereinafter “non-Dong”)

A) B, D, 188 square meters (hereinafter “second site”)

) Outside E, F, G, and H-owned multi-household housing of 19 households with 5 floors above the fifth five parcels (hereinafter referred to as “A mobile”).

The foregoing hereinafter referred to as the "multi-household housing in this case" is the same as the "multi-household housing in this case".

B) After November 28, 2011, K completed the registration of ownership transfer claim on the land of Nos. 1, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 16, 2002, in order to secure the obligation to return KRW 430,000,000 borrowed money to K, as well as the multi-household housing of this case. (b) After the change in the name of the building permit, B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land of Nos. 1, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on April 16, 202, and thereafter performed its duties as the actual owner of each multi-household.

2) On May 30, 2002, B changed the name of non-Dong building permit from among the above multi-household housing, and changed the name of Eul to K into the name of K, E, F, G, and H. C. On November 28, 2003, the registration of transfer of L’s ownership was completed on the first site in the name of K as to the first site in the name of K, E, F, G, and H. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on May 19, 2004, on the second site in the name of K, on May 19, 2004, on the second site in the name of K, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on May 19, 2004; the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the same day; the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant in the same name was made on the same date; and the registration of ownership transfer was made on the second site in the name of the defendant in the name of G, 2004.

3) The registration of ownership preservation of L on March 26, 2004 was completed with respect to non-Dong buildings, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed.
