Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of C corporation.

On April 2006, the Defendant decided to invite investors to offer investment funds by inviting investors to the effect that “E restaurant,” “F would take over a developed entertainment program (which would be crying game),” and that “I will take over a entertainment room, which would be crying off, and would return 150% of the investment funds if I invest funds through the invitation of investors.”
