3. Crimes committed on July 11, 2019;

A. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.354% on blood on July 15:13, 2019, and the said small and medium-gu vehicle was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.354% on the direction of the mountain mid-gu E in Ulsan-gu.
