A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 12, 2010, the Defendant was a married couple who completed the marriage report with B on October 12, 2010, and the victim C and the victim D were the form of punishment B, which was the relationship between the Defendant and the shipowner.

A. On July 5, 2010, the Defendant related to the E apartment entered into a lease contract with H and its holding in the office of “G Licensed Real Estate Agent” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, with “2 years, deposit amount of KRW 30,000,000,000 per month, and KRW 1.1 million per month,” and entered into the same lease contract [the lessor H(I) and lessee(the Defendant’s agent)].
However, the first defendant bears KRW 10 million, and B decided to seek the lease on an apartment basis with the burden of KRW 40 million. However, since there was no money owned by the defendant, the above monthly rent contract was concluded with KRW 30 million as above, and thereafter, the above monthly rent contract was changed to KRW 150 million in order to make it possible for B to perform as if the contract was concluded on the basis of the pre-sale contract.
