The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (the fact-finding) is that the Defendant did not have been her boomed by the victim, and the victim only tried to talk with the chest and was her play together. Rather, the Defendant was assaulted by the victim.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below, the victim consistently stated that the defendant was blicker with his/her own breath and was pushed ahead with himself/herself in good hands, and that the witness F's statement also corresponds to this, and the defendant's statement is difficult to believe the defendant's statement due to the fact that he/she was blicker with the victim while under the influence of alcohol, such as he/she was unable to properly memory the circumstances in which he/she became blicker with the victim, etc.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
