Punishment of the crime

1. While around 01:10 on March 7, 2013, Defendant A, while playing together with G and H, etc., who worked in the F-Age Club located in the Gu E, was able to go to the police station by attaching I, who was behind the clothes of Defendant’s daily club located in the Gu E, the victim J (48 years of age) who was the main source of the said Age club during the said Age club, stated that he would go against the drinking value, and caused the victim’s injury, such as two parts, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, to the victim when the victim’s face can be taken by hand.

피고인은 위와 같은 일시, 장소에서 피해자 A(37세)이 위와 같이 웨이터인 J을 때릴 때 그 옆에서 이를 말리다가 피해자 A으로부터 목을 맞자 이에 화가 나 주먹으로 피해자 A의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 위 나이트클럽의 성명을 알 수 없는 종업원들이 이에 합세하여 피해자 A과 그의 일행인 피해자 G(38세), 피해자 H(33세)의 온몸을 주먹으로 때리고, 발로 걷어찼다.
