A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol, while making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the said cargo, and thereby requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim E (V, 26 years of age) who was on board the said vehicle, suffered from the injury of the victim E (V, 26 years of age) such as the right thalle chief for which medical treatment is required for about eight weeks, suffered from the injury of the victim D, such as scopical scopical scopical scophers, etc., requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment. In short, the Defendant needs to provide approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F (V, 29 years of age) who was on board the said cargo vehicle, and need to provide approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim G (V, 23 years of age) who was on board the said cargo vehicle.
