In the case of the crimes of No. 1, 2, and 3 in the judgment of the defendant, a fine of KRW 3 million shall be imposed on the crimes of No. 4 in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for embezzlement by the Seoul Western District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2015.
