A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2011, the Defendant, at around May 2011, would receive an investment of KRW 700 million to the victim C in the Defendant’s office near Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for the funds necessary for the business of importing bail for which the Defendant had tried to go to the Party by the Chairperson if the victim paid work expenses to B.

“A false statement” was made.

However, the above facts did not exist, and the defendant was planned to use the money received from the victim as living expenses, etc., so even if he received the money from the victim as the working expenses, he did not have the intent or ability to introduce the victim to the victim.

Around May 11, 2011, the Defendant deceptioned the victim as above, and received 2 million won from a new bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired 1,4320,000 won in total from the victim over 37 occasions from July 6, 2012, as shown in the crime inundation table.

2. On August 23, 2012, the Defendant committed fraud on August 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) Gotja located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul on August 23, 2012, to the victim described in paragraph 1 at the station platform, “Ilt Jeju Island was sexually dead.”
