Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2013, at around 01:39, the Defendant driven a 300-meter radius from the Hai Park-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, to the front side of the Taecheon Steel, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.256 percent of alcohol concentration in blood.
