A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) informed of the fact that Malaysia’s nationality foreigners would be a foreigner of Malaysia to the effect that “I would be able to pay money within a certain time limit”; (b) informed of the fact that Malaysia’s Internet “I would be entitled to receive money from another person’s body card from the victim to the Republic of Korea in accordance with its internal instructions; and (c) entered the Republic of Korea through Malaysia on December 16, 2019 through Malaysia, and then, (d) informed of the fact that Malaysia’s nationality foreigners to the Republic of Korea, the Defendant enticed the victims to the effect that “I would pay money from Malaysia’s designated account”; and (b) the Defendant ordered the victims to withdraw money from Malaysia’s name by receiving a collection card from Malaysia book and then to deliver money to the victims.”

On December 31, 2019, the victim Y made a false misrepresentation of the victim Y by leaving a telephone at an irregular place to the victim Y, and, on the other hand, the victim was transferred KRW 370,000 from the victim as a means of loan repayment, etc. at a low interest rate on the ground that “AB is expected to transfer a loan repayment, etc. at a low interest rate.” The victim was transferred KRW 370,000 from the victim to the W account (AB) in the name of L on January 3, 2020.

The Defendant, in accordance with the instructions of the Defendant, released 3.7 million won by using the check card connected to the above account, which was delivered in advance at the AD assistance point located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from January 3, 2020 to 15:09 on the same day, from January 3, 2020 to the 3.7 million won, and then delivered it to the singinging assistance staff.

As a result, the defendant conspireds with the employees of singinging, deceiving the victim, and received 3.7 million won from the victim.
