Reasons

1. The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition are either in dispute between the parties or in accordance with Gap evidence 1 to 6, 8, and Eul evidence 1 and 2, with a whole purport of the pleadings.

On August 30, 2018, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 16, 2018, with respect to the building E (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on two lots, including Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and Suwon-si, and two lots, for sale.

B. F is operating a personal entrepreneur under the trade name of “G” (H) and operating real estate rental management business.

C. The Defendant entered into a business consignment agreement (hereinafter “instant business consignment agreement”) which entrusts F (G) with all of the services related to the lease of the instant real estate to F (G).

The main contents of the instant business consignment agreement are as shown in the attached business consignment agreement.

On October 18, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant with the terms that the Plaintiff would lease the instant real estate from the Defendant with the term of lease from November 26, 2018 to November 25, 2019 (hereinafter “instant lease”).

E. The lessor of the instant lease agreement is the Defendant’s agent, the name of “G” and “G”.
