1. The claim of this case is dismissed.

2. Trial costs shall be borne by the claimant.

The person with parental authority and the custodian of the principal of the case shall be replaced by the petitioner.

According to the records and the purport of the entire examination of this case, it is recognized that the other party has difficulties in economic activities and daily life due to his parents’ work ability. However, considering the various circumstances such as the fact that the other party raises the principal of this case with his parent’s assistance without any particular problem, the other party to the case and his maternal parent, the friendship density toward the other party to the case, the rearing environment, and the intention of the principal of this case, it is recognized that continuing fostering of the principal of this case would correspond to the welfare of the principal of this case rather than changing the person in parental authority and the rearer to the claimant (see Articles 837 and 912 of the Civil Act), even if there is any content of consultation on fostering the principal of this case at the time of the divorce, the Family Court may decide on matters concerning rearing and parental authority different from
