Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 0.159% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters high Csch Rexroth vehicles from the road in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-dong 1420, on which it is impossible to find out the location of the area adjacent to the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government river.
