Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall transfer a means of access used to issue a transaction request in electronic financial transactions, such as an electronic card, certificate or password, or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction.

Nevertheless, on October 2013, the Defendant sent and transferred the means of access, such as the passbook and password of the national bank account (Account Number C) in the name of the Defendant, to the insane in front of the office branch of the national bank in Incheon Bhee, to the insane by Kwikset Service.
