Purport of claim and appeal

1. Purport of the claim.

1. The reasoning of the court of first instance’s acceptance of the judgment is the same as the statement of the reasoning of the judgment of first instance, except for the following modifications. Thus, this is accepted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The 5th page 11 of the first instance judgment, each of the "this Court" and the 14th page "this Court" shall be amended to "Tgu District Court Kimcheon- support".

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and the judgment of the court of first instance shall be justified, and the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
