Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking), and on February 1, 2015, from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking).

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant driven at approximately 700 meters from the front side of Pyeongtaek-si Office located in Pyeongtaek-si joint-dong to the front side of Pyeongtaek-si middle school located in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:52% of blood alcohol concentration of 0.070%.
