Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving Category C cargo vehicles.

On May 9, 2016, at around 13:35, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on the road located in the Escki in Busan Metropolitan City, Gyeong-si, and made the left turn to the left at a speed of about 20 to 30km per hour according to the road of speed from the opposite hot spring protection area to the front side of the other hot spring protection area.
