A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【2019 order 1524】

1. The Defendant is a person who operates a “Cking practice room” on the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul and the underground level.

Any karaoke machine business operator shall be prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages, and shall not employ any entertainment loan nor arrange for such sales.

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on July 1, 2018, the Defendant sold to the male grandchildren in the name of 65,000 won in total in the market value, and demanded from the above male grandchildren to make a 'domination' in the name of 35,00 won in one hour, and demanded D to do an entertainment to drink in the name of 65,00 won in the above singing practice room.

Accordingly, the defendant sold alcoholic beverages as a karaoke machine business operator, and arranged a entertainment loan.

2. Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business without registration shall register with the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on April 7, 2019, the Defendant, without registering it, provided seven guest rooms with a video reflector device and operated a singing practice room for many unspecified customers from April 2, 2019 to April 2, 2019.

3. Any karaoke machine business operator who sells alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages;

Nevertheless, around 09:00 on April 7, 2019, the Defendant sold to the above C Kinging room 6 rooms, and to the two customers E and to the other two customers, 20 cings and 6 cings.

4. No one shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide such services, for the purpose of making profits;

Nevertheless, the defendant receives the demand from two customers E, etc. at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph 3.
