Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:20 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters high-speed B from the front road of the Jinjin-dong in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the same 319-dong New Town 319.
