Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation) from July 10, 201 to June 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the bulletin board of the website operated by the Defendant “D (former names of victims E), F two people, are very old to provide home education to these people themselves; and (b) is advertising the know of the operator who has developed the research and development of snow for about twenty (20) years, without one person who is one of the members of the research and development who would be able to do so; and (c) “I do not have the development of humanity because of these people,” and “F, D, and each site driving instructors have the honor to open up the operator’s formula developed for twenty (20) years from the date of the request for a preliminary injunction by disclosing the fact that he/she has stolen his/her secret and confidential information from time to time on the bulletin board, and thus slanders the victim’s reputation and people who are expected to be disadvantageous to the prosecution.”

2. No person who fails to make a registration as a driving school violating the Road Traffic Act shall conduct education on driving outside a driving school in return for payment, or allow him/her to use such facilities.

Nevertheless, from July 10, 201 to June 101, 201, the Defendant received 30,000 won per hour from the students in G, etc. who want to receive skills and driving education to obtain a driver's license in a Buddhist land and provided driving education under the pretext of driving education.
