A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) was driving a vehicle of 0.111% of blood alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level 0.11% on October 13, 2016, and was proceeding with the street in front of the “Alymmar Emba”, which is located in the 69 U.S. Pamar Industrial Complex 1-ro 69, in Yangsan City.

2. The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.11% at the time and section set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article.
