A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

In the past, the Defendant came to know with the victim while performing waterproofing construction work of the victim D (Inn, 84 years old) in Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si, and the victim was able to commit rape in his house.

On June 10, 2017, the Defendant found the victim’s house from around 16:00 to 17:00 on the same day, and told the victim that “the victim has died to drink together,” but the victim refused to read “such drinking”, thereby coming to the inside and outside the room, and thereby coming to the floor. After the locking, the victim “I do not seem to have been able to do so at the mixed house,” and “I do not have to do so, I do not have to do so.” The victim was her own hand, and the victim was laid down on the part of the victim, who was her own hand, to tear the victim’s strts and inner clothes, and her knick and panty, and was laid down on the part of the victim’s hand.
