The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the head of F's branch office established for the purpose of livestock product sales business in accordance with E 101, Defendant B is the representative of F's corporation located in Ansan-si G, Ansan-si, and Defendant C is a corporation established for the purpose of livestock product processing business with the permission of the Governor of Gyeonggi-do on May 30, 201.

1. No person who defendant A shall store and transport for sale any processed livestock products with no mark of the manufacturing date and the expiration date;

Nevertheless, around January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transported and stored 70 km of the manufacturing date and the expiration date of distribution purchased from C on the same day in H freezing vehicles operated by the said F business establishment, a corporation located in E 101, in Sinsi-si, Sinsi, for the purpose of sale.

2. No person who runs a livestock product processing business with permission from the Mayor/Do Governor, shall sell processed livestock products without indicating the date of manufacture and the expiration date thereof;

Nevertheless, around 09:00 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant sold to F Co., Ltd. without indicating the date of manufacturing and the expiration date of distribution processed by the said company C, a stock company located in Gyeyang-gu, Masan-si G.

3. The Defendant C, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, committed the Defendant’s act of violation as described in Paragraph 2 in relation to the Defendant’s business.
