Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2013, at around 22:48, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.079% of blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant driven a car in the Bcoon in the section of approximately 300 meters from the upstream of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the front road of about 170-1, the Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul.
