A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On January 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for obstructing the performance of special duties by the Seoul High Court on the same day and completed the execution of the sentence on the same day.

[Criminal facts]

1.
